MPE's Power Supply: 50 percent renewable by 2024

The power that Mountain Parks Electric delivers to its members in north central Colorado is about to become more renewable. On January 15, at a ceremony at the state capitol in Denver, MPE's power supplier, Westminster, Colo.-based Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association (TSG&T) announced plans to increase its power supply to 50 percent renewable by 2024. That's up from its current level of 33 percent renewable.

Over the next several days (ending before 12/25/19), MPE's power supplier, will be conducting a telephone survey.  As an MPE member-consumer, you may be contacted and asked to participate. The survey will last approximately 10 minutes. The caller, from Pacific Market Research, will identify him/herself by name.
